LEVEL UP brings together two local experts, Katrina Strand and Dr. Suzie Cromwell, for an evening that goes beyond the usual fitness and nutrition advice. We'll explore how to train smarter, fuel better and understand what it takes to build strength, support long-term health and keep doing the things we love. Expect science-backed insights, a few common assumptions challenged and practical advice you can put into action.
